Korean-style Cucumber Pickle

Ingredients

[· 10 Cucumbers · 2C Salt · 2C Sugar · 1C Vinegar ·]

· 10 Cucumbers

· 2C Salt

· 2C Sugar

· 1C Vinegar

· 3T Chili Seeds

Directions

Swab the cucumbers gently using a wet cloth.

Arrange the prepared cucumbers in a container. Add the salt and sugar one after another, and the vinegar.

Rest for a day at room temperature. Bring to the refrigerator. Roll the cucumber into another side once in two days. Repeat the above for a week.

Remove the pickled cucumbers off the container.

Arrange the pickled cucumbers in another container and add the Grain Syrup.
