Kimchi

Mixing with Hands

Fresh Kimchi made with Early Spring Cabbages

Ingredients

· 150g Early Spring Cabbages

[Seasoning]

· 2T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 1T Red Chili Powder

· 1T Green Plum Extract

· ½T Vinegar

· ½T Sugar

· 1t Sesame Seeds

Directions

Gently wash the early spring cabbages.

Cut leaves into 3cmx3cm dimension and rest to remove water.

Meanwhile, mix Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, red chili powder, green plum extract, vinegar, sugar and sesame seeds for seasoning.

Gently mix the early spring cabbages with the above seasoning with hands and serve in a bowl.
