Cooked Barley Rice with Potatoes

Ingredients

· Cooked Barley Rice 2C

· Soaked Rice 1/2C

· 1 Summer Potato

Directions

Wash the barley rice, put into a pot, add water doubling the volume of the barley rice, boil in a high heat, reduce to medium heat and simmer until fully cooked.

Meanwhile, peel the potato and cut into dices.

Put the soaked rice on the pot, sequentially add the cooked barley rice and peeled potato, add water equal to the volume of the above mixture, boil and turn off the heat to settle.
