Pan-fried Eggplant with Seasonings

Ingredients

· 2 Eggplants

· 2 Green Chilies

· 1 Red Chili

· 1T Perilla Oil

[Seasoning]

· 2T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 1T Red Chili Powder

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

· 2T Perilla Oil

· 2T Sesame Seeds

· 1T Ginger Powder

· 3T Water

Directions

Make cuts on the eggplants and bring to a 7-minute steam.

Meanwhile, mince the chilies.

Mix the above chilies with the seasoning ingredients.

Pan-fry the steamed eggplants with the above seasoning.
