Steamed Shiitake Mushroom stuffed with Potato Paste

Ingredients

· 10 Shiitake Mushrooms

· 2 Potatoes

· 1 Green Chili

· 1 Red Chili

· 1T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 1T Perilla Oil

· A pinch of ground pepper

· A pinch of salt

Directions

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove stems. Marinade the prepared mushrooms with Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, perilla oils and ground pepper.

Meanwhile, wash the potato, grate and sieve to collect the starch.

Remove the chili seeds and mince the chilies. Mix the grated potatoes and starch.

Add a pinch of salt to the above mixture. Stuff the prepared mushrooms using the mixture.

Steam the stuffed mushrooms in a steamer filled with steam for about 10 minutes.
