Parboiled Spinach with Soy Sauce and Red Pepper Paste Seasonings

Ingredients

· 2 Heads of Spinach

[Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce Seasoning]

· 1T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 0.5T Salt

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

· 1T Sesame Seeds

[Red Chili Paste Seasoning]

· 1T Red Chili Paste

· 1T Green Plum Extract

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

· 1T Sesame Seeds

Directions

Wash the spinaches and parboil in salted water. Rinse with cold water.

Add the seasoning ingredients to the prepared spinaches and mix with hands.
