[Tasting Korean Temple Food] Deep-fried mushrooms with sweet sauce / 1min recipe

[Ingredients] 100g various mushroom, 1/2 piece green chili pepper, 1/4 piece red chili pepper, 0.5 tablespoon chili oil, 1.5 tablespoons grain syrup, 1.5 tablespoons red chili pepper paste, 0.5 tablespoon vinegar, frying oil as needed, 1/4 cup water [Directions] 1. Cut mushrooms and into bite-size pieces and sprinkle the starch flour 2. Heat the frying oil until it reaches 180c in a frying pan. Deep fry the mushrooms until crispy and golden brown. 3. Slice the green and red chili peppers crosswise into thin rounds. 4. In a wok or a large saucepan, add green&red chili pepper and all ingredients for sweet and spicy red chili pepper paste. 5. Heat the pan over low heat, stirring to prevent burning. Add cooked fried mushrooms into the sauce and toss gently to coat.
